How quickly can we get to a testable first version?

A focused internal alpha can typically be created within two to six weeks. The exact timeframe depends on the assumptions we need to test and how realistic the version needs to be. A market-ready digital solution receives its own scope.

What is the difference between a prototype, alpha, and MVP?

A prototype makes flows and the experience testable. An internal alpha already connects that experience with functional domain logic or real data. An MVP is built for live market use and therefore requires a higher level of technical, security, and operational quality.

Do you also take on technical implementation?

Yes. Depending on the project, implementation is handled by our own development team, your in-house engineering team or an external partner. We agree our contribution and how we work together in advance. For suitable projects, we can take on backend development using our Node-based SaaS stack.

Which initiatives are a fit for minddraft?

It is a good fit when we can take on a clear contribution and work through the relevant specialist questions with you. Existing specifications and designs can provide a sound foundation. We agree the starting point, scope and responsibilities to suit your project. You do not need to take the entire journey with us.

How do you plan scope and budget?

After the initial assessment, we define outcomes, roles, and a timeframe for the next sensible stage. You receive a fixed offer for it. Extensions only happen when we change the scope together.
